Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Custom-made furniture, made-to-order items, and personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
